About Hope Market

All of our food and products for Feed RI and Hope Market come through generous donations from partners and individuals. For more information on how to donate visit our Contribute page, and for a list of our partners past and present visit our partner page.

Hope Market is open to anyone and everyone!

Hope Market accepts all major debit and credit cards as well as cash and Apple Pay. We do not accept EBT food stamps.

All of the revenue from Hope Market goes directly back into Feed RI’s operations. We use the proceeds to receive, store, distribute, and transport our goods from our warehouse to our non-profit partners across the state.

The process of shopping at Hope Market goes full circle: not only are you shopping in order to get what you need for your family, you are also helping to pay it forward to others in need.

Because we receive all of our items through donations from our partners, we cannot guarantee what our stock will be and how much we have on hand. Limiting quantity on popular items ensures that we have enough to meet the needs of our guests.

Due to the nature of how we receive our product, there is no set price list online for what we offer. While we always have what you need to feed and take care of your family, our stock is ever changing. However, we do have a $5.00 fill-a-bag section and Personal Care section that offers special pricing.

About Pantry Pickup

We accept any nonperishable, unopened food.

Kindly leave your items outside in a box or bag, where they are easily visible and accessible to our volunteers.

After you sign-up for a pickup, we will notify you of your pickup day through the phone number and/or email address you provided. A volunteer will collect your items between 8AM and 3PM. Please leave your items outside before 8AM to ensure that they are not missed. We will send you a reminder!

Your items will be taken back to the Feed RI warehouse in Rumford, where they will be sorted and distributed out to communities in need.

Our local Pantry Pickup volunteers will collect your items.

While we prefer in-date items, certain items are still usable within a brief window of expiration. Our volunteers will sort through all donations to ensure quality and freshness, but we ask donors to use their best judgement.

By donating, you are helping feed Rhode Islanders who face food insecurity, and helping reduce food waste in your community.
